1. Product Availability: Since certain loose diamonds are sourced from third party merchants, it may be possible that due to the paucity of time from registering an order at our site and procuring the diamond from third party stock point, the diamond is rendered unavailable due its sale at the third party stock point. In such cases the order will be canceled and amount refunded. Though we do have live feeds of stock status, there still could be such a situation.

2. Pricing: Diamond pricing depends on various factors, such as demand and supply, brand name and category of diamonds. The diamond prices given in the website is in no way an indication of pricing for buying and selling NOR does it provide an appraisal or guarantee of value.

Occasionally the prices may be inaccurate and displayed incorrectly due to system errors. Surat Diamond reserves the rights to cancel such orders and amount returned if paid. Credit initiation will be done immediately by Surat Diamond, but the credit to reflect in your account will be as per the time taken by the instruments of payments normal course of time, which is not in the control of Surat Diamond.

3. Shipping & Delivery: Surat Diamond takes about 10 working days to ship after the receipt of payment. It is shipped through insured courier service. Personal Identification proof may be required before delivering the parcel.  Shipping in free only in India. Any other contingent expenses like tax etc to be borne by the customer. International shipping charges will be additional. Surat Diamond reserves the right to cancel an order if the address is not serviced by courier.

4. Returns & Replacements: Once the order is process Solitaire Diamond Rings cannot be returned for a refund or replacement.

Though we do not see a situation, we will accept returns of Solitaires set in a ring for repairs if required within 7 days of purchases, free of cost. 

Conditions of return for repairs

• Returns for repairs of only those who have contacted and have received confirmation for free repair from customer service will be accepted.
• Any item returned showing signs of wear or engraved, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than Surat Diamond) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted.
• All shipping and handling expenses shall be borne by the customer.
• The package to be returned in the original packing including the guarantee certificate.

5. All orders are subject to credit card approval and availability. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

6. Any dispute arising shall be instituted in a Court of competent Jurisdiction situated in Mumbai and in no other court.
