 Returns & Repairs: Since all the solitaires used are certified by a third party laboratory, here, mostly GIA and IGI, we do not accept returns once shipped. However we accept returns for repairs of the setting within 7 days of delivery. Please see our terms & conditions for more details regarding this.

 Complimentary Ring Resize: We offer complimentary resizing within 1 year of sale. Please contact us to arrange for a free resizing.

 Cleaning & Servicing your Ring: We offer free cleaning and prong setting inspection of a ring that is purchased from us. Please contact us for this free service. We recommend this to be done at least once a year.
